Falconhurst is owned by Cliff and Ann Southcombe who have lived in the village for over 20 years. The holiday let is a newly renovated and spacious three bedroom apartment with a large kitchen and dining room and lounge with sea views. There is ample parking and free internet through the village cooperative .

Rooms
Each of the three bedrooms have a double or king size bed. There is a large modern family bathroom one en suite shower room and one toilet. A brand new modern kitchen has a dining area with a view. The lounge is spacious with good sea views.
Amenities
Parking is an issue in the popular village but Falconhurst has a drive that can accommodate two cars. Free Internet is through the Bay Broadband cooperative that Cliff helped to set up. There is lots to do and know about the village and each guest will have a personal information pack that is full of recommendations and local knowledge
